The award scheme is progressive from Keas through to Venturers and is based around the four cornerstones of Community, Outdoors, Personal Development and New Experiences. The activities you do under each of these themes will form the basis of your weekly section meeting programme. Completing a set number of tasks under each level will gain you your Bronze, Silver and Gold section awards. 

In addition to the section awards are a series of personal interest awards; some that you may do as part of your weekly Kea programme, others that you may choose to do in your own time.
